What to get in touch about
You found an error
A wrong fact, a broken link, an outdated tool description, a typo that changes the meaning. These are the most useful messages we get. Please include the page URL.
A question or an error in a coding exercise
If an exercise's instructions are unclear, its feedback looks wrong, or a playground will not run, say which page and language it was, what you ran, and what you saw — and which browser, since the code runs there.
Something on a page didn't make sense
If an explanation didn't land, that's usually our problem rather than yours, and knowing which part lost you helps us rewrite it.
You want to reuse our content
Translations, classroom use, quoting at length — see the Copyright Policy for what's already allowed, then ask us about anything it doesn't cover.
Something is inaccessible
If any part of the site is hard or impossible to use with your setup, tell us what happened and what you were using. We treat these as real bugs.
A privacy or legal question
Questions about our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms, or Disclaimer all come to the same address.
You'd like a topic covered
Suggestions for courses, articles, glossary terms, or prompt templates are welcome. We can't promise to write everything, but requests genuinely influence what gets made next.
A few things we can't help with
- Support for third-party AI tools. We write about products like ChatGPT and Claude, but we don't operate them and have no access to your account with them. Their own support channels are the right route.
- Professional advice. We can't give legal, financial, medical, or academic-integrity rulings for your situation — see our Disclaimer.
- Paid placement requests. Tools aren't added to our directory in exchange for payment, so there's nothing to negotiate. You're welcome to tell us about a tool you think deserves a write-up.
